The Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG) provides opportunities for employers to invest in their workforce with help from the Government.
The Government covers 83% of direct training costs for small employers (fewer than 100 employees) and 50% for large employers (100 or more employees). Applications may qualify for 100% funding if the small employer is hiring and training an unemployed individual.
